Many guests are surprised to hear that we make our own ginger beer. It's true! The recipe we use in our restaurants is a simple combination of a few, clean ingredients. Ginger is an important ingredient in Asian cooking, so we honor this ingredient by only using it in its purest form.

Homemade ginger beer is a delicious mixer—you’ll find it in our mules!—but it’s also a refreshing alcohol-free beverage to sip on with lunch or dinner. Ginger beer naturally sips well with everything on our menu.

INGREDIENTS
Fresh ginger root
Lemons
Simple syrup
Juicer

STEP 1. Thoroughly wash and prep the ginger root
STEP 2. Run the ginger through the juicer until you get 3 ounces of juice
STEP 3. Squeeze the lemons by hand until you get 6 ounces of juice
STEP 4. Combine 9 ounces of simple syrup with ginger and lemon juices
STEP 5. Pour over ice, then top with soda water and enjoy!
